Our "Quality pays"  program specifically targets 58 check points
     
 
  Review of 58 critical steps of plumbing a home
  Control tags filled out at three distinct stages:
1) Groundwork -- green tag with 13 key check-off points
2) Top-out work -- orange tag with 22 key check-off points
3) Finish work -- blue tag with 23 key check-off points and warranty service information
  Top portion of each tag remains in home until removed by homeowner
  Bottom portion of each tag returned to us for cataloging and tracking during entire warranty period
  This provides visual assurance that each step of a project meets our high standards.
     
 
  Conducted for each model of a project, prior to moving on to production homes
  Walk-thru conducted by entire project team: estimator, foreman, designer and project superintendent
  Represents thorough review of design, materials and installation to ensure all aspects of the work are in line with the project proposal and our quality standards

  Entire inventory of materials for each home is boxed together and delivered by stage to job site
  This ensures the correct materials are installed in each home and keeps all projects on schedule by eliminating delays due to missing or late materials.
     
 
  Proprietary software developed for tracking and executing homeowner-requested customization and option selections
  Software allows accurate record keeping by individual home and ensures the correct materials are ordered and delivered in time to meet construction needs.
